On the other hand, avoid broader-crotch styles like full briefs, boyshorts, hipsters, high-waisted briefs, or period panties, as these might worsen the issue.

2. Check the Age of Your Panties

The lifespan of your panties plays a significant role in fit. If the elastic has worn out or the fabric has lost its stretch, older panties may no longer provide the desired fit, even if they initially did. Replacing them with new pairs can often resolve the problem.
